Blogging is a very useful tool. It has the power change the way we receive information. For instance, instead of scanning newspapers every morning like older generations, my generation looks to rss feeders and twitter to find relevant and up to date information.
This has led to some downsides like the failings of a lot of major newspapers. However, people are getting free up to date and opinionated news everywhere they go. News has adapted and it has gone to the blogs.
It is important for big figures like businesses or politicians to blog because they can easily get their message out to the right people and in great detail.

Roommates suck
Anyone else have horrible roommate stories? So far my first roommate experiences of the year have involved:
Going overseas and threatening to not pay rent.
Stomping up stairs and waking us up for weekends in a row at 3 AM.
Having them agree to a dog, then threatening to sue us if we didn't get rid of him the next day. This was the worst.
Tons of other little shit that literally is small and pointless, but builds and starts to kill you as time goes by. I just want this year to be over so I can get as far from them as possible.
Any other bad roomie stories? I want to hear them.

Side effects - movie review
So I'm sitting here in the theatre with my phone out and my sneaked in candy and beverage (yeah I'm that guy) getting ready to see the movie side effects. I have high hopes for it and can't wait to get it started, will update after for a revew, I guess. See you after the update!
Oh and my girlfriend Steph Otto demands to be mentioned in here, so here's her shout out.

Ok, so right off the back the movie was pretty cool. It was a slower one that made you think a little bit. Definetley wasn't the one movie that is fast-moving and you know where it's going the entire time. I did call the twist at the end though (kind of). Jude Law was a beast. 4.5 stars!
